Explore and Enjoy Meet your guide at your Cappadocia hotel and travel to village of Ayvali in Central Anatolia by air-conditioned coach. Meet friendly villagers, learn to prepare local foods and taste wine in an authentic wine cave . Walk around the local food market, buy organic fruit, meet with traders. When the market is closed, walk to the village, pick your own organic fruit,  visit storage caves to see how potatoes are preserved whole year. Friendly villagers offer you tea, coffee or home-made pastries while walking through Ayvali. Village typically consists of a dozen huts. A centrally located place, called ‘kiraathane’ serves as a meeting place for village men to discuss community issues, play cards and have tea. Experience Turkish coffee here with locals. Prepare yaprak sarmasi made with vine leaves, fill manti dough, make pastry with filled with cheese, spinach, minced meat called as borek, and make a delicious local dessert. Have your lunch with the family and your guide, taste the delicious local Cappadocia foods you’ve created. A cup of Turkish coffee will be served after meal as a tradition. Say goodbye to the family and walk around the village to explore the beautiful scene. Drive to wine cave to taste the wines and learn about rock formations and caves. At the end of the day, drop off your hotel with your coach.
